Hi, I’m Melanie!

I started ButtonsByMel when I was a sophomore at Georgia Southern. Growing up, I always loved sports and going to sporting events. I’ve been going to college football games since I was a little girl and I still have the first button I ever got when I was 10 years old! I have always had a bit of a creative side as well and was always doing some sort of artistic project.

I decided to start making my own buttons because I could never find any that I liked for Georgia Southern. After lots of trial and error with creating designs, I was finally able to make some that I liked and hopefully others would too! After making mainly college and sorority buttons, I decided to venture out and start making NASCAR-themed buttons. I love getting to see fellow female NASCAR fans wearing my buttons to races and other events, and even getting them signed by drivers! Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made!

I am so thankful for each and every order that I have gotten! I love getting to see my buttons at all sorts of events! Whether it be football games, NASCAR races, or event birthdays, it makes me so happy to see people wearing my creations!
